Today’s wedding takes us to Alpine, Utah for a backyard wedding ceremony with rustic and natural decor. The couple even journeyed with their photographer, Princess K, for bridal portraits along the American Fork Canyon before their reception. This photo session stuns in the light of the forest and the glow of the Wasatch Mountains.
The backyard reception included Mexican cuisine, a chocolate dipped banana bar, and a jubilant mariachi band. Beautiful papel picado-inspired decorations floated high above the tables. Not only are these decorations eco-friendly, but they serve as a reminder of family and loved ones as they move delicately in the wind.
With a bouquet of blush roses, soft green eucalyptus, and pops of orange and rust tones, the bride’s floral story was woven into the decor and even the cake! By keeping the day simple, this backyard setting served as a relaxed yet elevated day for the couple and their guests.
